Applied range
CY200 is applied to the twist of cotton, synthetic, and mixed spinning, and it adapts to different types of material bobbin, it can double two or three yarns to parallel cylindrical bobbin to process in the two-for-one twister next.

Features

It adopts single layer motor drive and frequency conversion adjustment, which makes it easier to adjust the winding speed, and it will more flexible to adjust technique parameter;
The design of air scoop in aerodynamic lifting device makes the bobbin is spaded immediately when yarn breaking, and it is easy to piecing;
The tension device can adjust the yarn tension though plus and minus the pieces of slice;
Bobbin forming is stable and reliable which is applicable to many species;
CY200 combines e-breakage detectors and fixed-length electronic clearer, it can not only put an end to thread waste mixture of single and double yarns, but also can get the bobbin of unified length yarn, both of them will improve the quality of products;
Reasonable and clear yarn guide structure, appropriate height of machine and low power consumption and noise make the operation have more superiority.
